CRC Department of Invertis University, Bareilly organized the industrial visit
for the students of B.Com. (H) second year to Nestle India, Pantnagar on 18th
August 2018 with the ambition to make students aware about how the activities
related to marketing, production, finance and human resource are carried out in
the organization and to provide the opportunity to grab the knowledge from
practical learning also.
plant at Pantnagar is one of the largest plant producing Maggi Masala Noodles
in India. This is the fourth factory
that is currently manufacturing MAGGI Noodles after Nanjangud (Karnataka), Moga
(Punjab) and Bicholim (Goa) factories. The students interacted with Mr. Romesh
Sharma (Plant Manager) and other officials of the organization and gained
knowledge about the Production process, HR Policies and Procedures, Marketing
strategies, financial aspects, Quality of Work Life, Employee morale and satisfaction

industrial visit was an enriching experience for students in getting live
exposure of manufacturing noodles and also came to know about their working
regimes. The team had acquainted students with the production of noodles starts
with the mixing of raw materials. They showed the unit where the production
takes place and explained all the different phases, till the packaging of the
product and cleared all the queries which were raised by the students through
presentation and explanation. They also discussed that how they recover from
the halt and once again became the leader in the market.
