The Faculty of Education aims at preparing dedicated, skilled, knowledgeable, and creative quality teachers possessing not only in-demand technical skills but also high standards of professional ethics to meet and enrich the evolving demands of the educational system in particular and society at large. The faculty also aims at preparing quality teacher educators who perform complex duties ranging from effective classroom teaching to moulding the value system of pupils and undertaking administrative responsibilities with élan. It thus prepares teachers, educators, and researchers to play a leading role in their profession. All teacher education programs offered by the Faculty of Education are NCTE recognized.

Overview & Identity Of Invertis University

At the faculty of Education, we promote quality education, research, training and consultation in teacher training with a global perspective to meet challenges of the fast changing trends in the field of education. To keep pace with the changing trends and development, we aim at developing a new cadre of teaching professionals through rigorous full time campus based programs. The faculty of Education offers courses, which are practice oriented with applications of principles, methods and challenges to meet the demands in the schools of present times.

The experienced and dedicated faculty of the department focuses on preparing students for professional roles in the field of education and for careers in research, educational policy, and educational entrepreneurship. The faculty has a strong record of producing graduates who go on to become successful teachers, administrators, and educational researchers. The Department organises seminars and workshops for faculty and staff to help them hone their skills and knowledge in the field of education. It also conducts community outreach programmes that help to promote educational awareness and engagement in the local community.

Our university offers 4-year integrated programs that combine a Bachelor's degree in Science/Arts and Education leading to the degree of B.Sc.B.Ed./B.A.B.Ed. These programs provide students with a well-rounded education that prepares them for careers as effective and innovative educators. We also offer a much in demand 4-year program of Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.). All these programs are duly recognized by National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE), Government of India.

These programs feature curricula that combine rigorous academic coursework in both science/arts and education with hands-on learning experiences, including student teaching placements, community engagement projects, and research opportunities. Our faculty is comprised of well qualified experienced educators and scholars who are dedicated to preparing our students for success.
