The Department of B.Com (Faculty of Management), Invertis University, Bareilly, organized an Expert Talk on the topic
“Empower, Explore, Excel: Your Journey Starts Here” for the students of B.Com (H) and B.Com (1st Year) on February 24,
2025.
The session aimed to motivate, guide, and empower students in their academic and professional journey, helping them
develop a strategic approach to career growth. The talk provided valuable insights into self-development, industry
expectations, and employability skills.
The Resource Person, Mr. Chander Shekhar (Manager, Corporate Relations, Invertis University, Bareilly), shared his
expertise and experiences with the students. He emphasized the significance of developing a growth mindset, enhancing
communication skills, and adopting a proactive approach towards career planning. The session covered crucial aspects
