Virtual labs by Indian Institute of Technology
Faculty of Engineering and Technology and IIT Roorkee organized a two days’ workshop on “VIRTUAL LABS” for students of different departments on 12th and 13th November at Invertis University, Bareilly with Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (IITR). Let us inform you that Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee has appointed Invertis University as the regional center for the workshop of Virtual Lab and Mon Prakash Upadhyay, Head of the Department of Electrical/Electronic as the nodal coordinator.
The workshop was conducted by Amit Kumar Sharma and Chetan Dhiman, Project Associates at IIT Roorkee. this workshop, the students learned that through virtual lab they can do all technical and science related experiments. In this lab all the equipments are available of the concerned subject using which the students can design the circuit and get the actual data. This will save the time and expense. Students will need to visit the physical laboratory just to experience the touch of instruments etc
