Department of Electrical, Electronics & Communication Engineering conducted a webinar to benefit its students through video conferencing.
This guest lecture was addressed by Mr. Rahul Kumar, Assistant Professor, Electrical Engineering Department, Bineswar Brahma Government Engineering College, Kokrajhar (MP).
The topic was Introduction to Robotics, one of the lucrative research topics in recent times. Above all he defined the term robot by the various definitions available in the literature and drawn a compact definition for the same. He differentiated beautifully the terms robots and robotics. Then he discussed the evolution of robotics and the need of it in the industries as well as in our daily life. He elaborated the different types of robots nicely with practical examples.
Mr. Mon Prakash Upadhyay, HoD EE/EC aided that, "Change your feeling into thinking, make your work as a habit, make your habit as a character, and make a character your destiny. Life's project begins with emotion and ends at destiny. We have to be creative for any project or life events and we should be eager to know the facts of the circumstances.
Chancellor Dr. Umesh Gautam and Dean Engineering Prof. R.K. Shukla described this guest lecture as enlightening for the students. Dr. Ankur Rai, Mr. Arun Gangwar, Mr. Pankaj Tripathi, Ms. Manjari Sharma, Mr. Debanjan Roy, Dr. Sourabh Pathak attended the session along with students of B. Tech. & Diploma (EE/ECE).
Department will keep organizing such webinars from time to time to inspire our students, because the youth of today are the warriors of the future. The event ended with honorarium to the guest.
